We are pleased to announce the appointment of Marius Tauchmann and Maximilian Beiche as Salary Partners, as well as Sandra Bischoff as Counsel:
• Marius has been appointed Salary Partner in our Munich office. He advises financial investors, strategic investors, and founders on venture capital and M&A transactions, as well as on corporate law matters. Marius began his legal career nearly four years ago in the team of Dr. Wolfgang Weitnauer and Benedikt Mahr and is therefore a true homegrown talent of our firm. Since then, he has become an integral part of our VC practice and works closely with Dr. Wolfgang Weitnauer, Benedikt Mahr, and—across offices—with our other Corporate Partners Prof. Dr. Hans-Eric Rasmussen-Bonne, Andreas Michael, and Kai Grunwald. In his new role, he will further develop and strengthen the practice.
• Maximilian has been appointed Salary Partner in our Berlin office. Within our IT and data law practice group, Maximilian focuses on the intersection of technology and communication. As a specialist in artificial intelligence law and the Data Act, he provides legal certainty for innovation. He is also our expert in media and press law, ensuring that our clients’ interests remain protected even in challenging public situations. Max began his legal career six years ago and has been part of our “Tech Team” since mid-2022, working alongside partners Dr. Lars Siebert, Dr. Matthias Terbach, Jan Dirkwinkel, and Axel Dumann, who co-founded WIPIT in early 2025.
• Sandra has been appointed Counsel in our Berlin office. She has been practicing law for seven years and has been part of our “Tech Team” since 2020, specializing in IT and data protection law. She ensures that our clients’ innovations and digital business models are built on a solid legal foundation—from the initial idea through to scaling. Sandra brings a strong technical understanding of IT matters and regularly handles complex issues for clients operating at the forefront of technological development. We are delighted that she is taking the next step in her career with us.
