Application Process
For your application, we require a resume, relevant transcripts, and — optionally — a brief cover letter. We want to understand what draws you to working at a law firm and which areas of practice interest you the most.
We will confirm receipt of your application within 48 hours.
If your profile stands out to us, we will promptly invite you to an initial interview — either in person or via video conference. During this meeting, we would like to learn more about you, your background, and your expectations.
Onboarding
We want your start at WIPIT to be as smooth and structured as possible. During your first few weeks, a WIPIT Buddy will be there to guide and support you and help you find your feet at the firm. Together with our HR team, we’ll ensure that you quickly become familiar with all the important processes, tools, and key contacts.
In addition, you’ll receive comprehensive onboarding materials about our IT systems, and our firm culture.
Points of Contact
Your primary points of contact throughout the entire application and onboarding process are our HR representatives. They will participate in at least oneinterview, guide you from the initial contact through to your start date, and are available at any time for questions or feedback.
