You will advise founders, investors, and companies on funding rounds, equity investments, and M&A transactions — and guide innovative projects from concept to exit.

‍Your Responsibilities: ‍

• Advising founders, growth companies, venture capital funds, institutional investors, family offices, and business angels on the structuring and execution of venture capital and venture debt financing rounds
• Advising clients on mergers and acquisitions (M&A), corporatere structuring, and corporate governance
• Structuring management and employee stock ownership programs
• Close collaboration with the Tech, Digital & Data and Intellectual Property practice groups
• From the very beginning, you will actively contribute to client projects, attend consulting meetings, and gradually take on more responsibility.

Your Profile:

• Outstanding legal qualifications
• Enthusiasm for technology, startup culture, and entrepreneurial thinking
• Very good English skills (spoken and written)
• Team spirit, initiative, and a passion for practice-oriented client work.
• Openness to digital tools and AI-powered applications, as well as an interest in the use of modern technologies in everyday legal practice.
