WIPIT advised Auxilius on its €1.3 million seed financing round, led by High-Tech Gründerfonds, with participation from Techstars and experienced industry business angels.

Auxilius is developing AI agents that transform policies, risk and control matrices, and regulatory requirements into deterministic, auditable code. This enables continuous assurance and the automated execution of controls. At a time when around 80% of enterprise controls are still performed manually, Auxilius is addressing one of the most significant challenges in the field of Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC).
