eDiscovery & AI Review: Lars Siebert Moderates Nuix Roundtable

On 1 October 2026, Lars Siebert, together with Jan Wunderlich, moderated a roundtable hosted by Nuix on “eDiscovery Cost Management in the Context of AI Review and the Legal Framework”.

The discussion focused on the legal and practical challenges of effective eDiscovery cost management and explored how AI-assisted review processes can be meaningfully and legally integrated into existing eDiscovery workflows.

Together with the participants, the moderators discussed the opportunities and challenges associated with AI-assisted review, potential efficiency gains and cost savings, as well as the related legal and regulatory requirements.
