Marius advises national and international investors (venture capital and private equity funds, strategic investors, family offices and business angels) on investments in growth companies as well as founders and tech companies on their path from the initial disruptive idea through financing rounds and the expansion of the business to the exit or IPO of the successful growth company. Another focus of Marius' work is advising and drafting contracts in M&A transactions.
