InfectoPharm Arzneimittel und Consilium GmbH, a family-owned company specializing in the development and advancement of pharmaceuticals, has acquired all shares of Sonormed GmbH. Known as the developer of the first prescription-based app, Sonormed is a pioneer in the field of digital health applications (DiGAs).
