WIPIT advised Auxilius on a €1.3 million pre-seed financing round led by High-Tech Gründerfonds. Other investors in the round include Techstars and experienced industry business angels.

Auxilius develops AI agents that translate policies, risk and control matrices, and regulatory requirements into deterministic and audit-proof code. This enables continuous monitoring and automated execution of controls. Given that approximately 80% of corporate controls are still performed manually today, Auxilius is addressing one of the biggest challenges in the Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) sector.
